“Fox is already blowing my mind, even though it's a baby. So pumped.”
The problem
GoBags is a fast-growing consumer-products brand run essentially by its founder. The forecasting, reorder timing, and supplier coordination that keep it stocked lived in one place: Max's head. Around it, the tooling was scattered: an inventory tool he didn't trust, a hand-maintained spreadsheet as the real catalog, and supplier conversations split across email and three messaging apps spanning time zones.
What we built
First came Fox: a personal AI agent running on dedicated hardware, wired to Max's email and files, reachable over iMessage, including by voice note, which is how Max actually works. Fox delivers a morning brief, drafts supplier emails on demand, and answers in seconds.
Then came the ops dashboard. A master catalog became the single source of truth: every SKU with cost, identifiers, stock across all three inventory locations, and sales velocity. On top of it sits a purchase-order generator that does the carton math and produces a sendable PDF, plus a tracker that follows every PO through its eight-step lifecycle from generated to delivered. Amazon data flows in through read-only access, by design.
The outcome
The reorder brain is coming out of the founder's head and into a system: one catalog instead of a spreadsheet, one PO pipeline instead of scattered threads, and an agent that answers before the thought is gone. The engagement continues in small, approved blocks of refinement, the way a lean brand actually wants to buy engineering.
